I disagree with this. I'm 40, and I've trimmed irrelevant technology
from my resume! The result is a nice tight (one-page) document that
shows an employer that I'm the person to hire. To me, a three-page
resume or a resume that shows 12 jobs that the person's made no effort
to edit for relevance smacks of not knowing what things are relevant -
not being able to tell the difference.
