What metadata fields should a bulletin have?

The bulletin template is used exclusively for an internal audience, to
announce new products, to announce updates, to announce hardware and/or
software issues, and to tell how to install hardware and/or software.

For example, bulletin number, date, and product affected seem like two
likely fields. What else?

Again, this is about the metadata for the bulletin, not the content itself.
