First, thanks to all of you who responded to my "does this job exist"
question. Your responses were helpful (still don't have a job, though).

I've been curious about some of the work tech writers do and looking for
areas where I need more education. So . . .

- What does a business analyst do that's different from what a tech writer
does? How is it different from systems analyst? - How did those of you with
that title get into that work?
- Is there any particular education needed?
- Are there any good sites on the internet where I could educate myself
about business analysis?

Thanks all,

Karen Murri
