online help vs. online helps

Hi all,

Just a quick question regarding singular vs. plural of online help. In cases where there are multiple online help types or formats, can these be referred to collectively as "online helps"? It doesn't sound right, but words or phrases that don't sound right are not necessarily always wrong.
