It appears to me (at least from here and not knowing the product
being described) that "might" and "may" are interchangeable and
one or the other should be used consistently (I don't have a personal
preference, just flip a coin). However, "do not" specifies a condition
that is a definite state, while the others specify conditions that are
either/or, and as long as that really is the intent I don't see anything
wrong with it offhand.

It seems if the first one uses "Might Be", the next example should be
"May Not", not "May not", and if the second example is "May not",
isn't "do not" inconsistent?

My question...if I tell him to change any of them, and he says Why?,
what rule do I quote?
