No, I found over 15. I just know of 6 books that discuss
modularization and other similar techniques offhand. No, these aren't
thin structure books. Several are actual textbooks I used in college
many years ago. And no, they don't have step by step instructions
because they are theory books. Only golden hammers are so precise. ;-)

But this discussion seems to be getting back to the reason why the
last one was made taboo. I'm not going to argue the same points over
again. If you saved your mail, you can ignore that same information
again rather than my rehashing of that information now. I also haven't
the time (nor the inclination) to "hee-haw around", as you say.

You found 6 books on how to modularize docs? My
research found only one book - and it only showed what
modularized docs should look like. It did not discuss
the important thing - the analysis approach involved.

Are these books like all the books on structured
writing that shout "Ya gotta have structure", without
giving any specifics as how to structure?

I can write "ya gotta cure cancer", that don't mean
anything.

Please tell me the titles of books that give specific
steps of the analysis involved. Please, no "Ya gotta
modularize" bookss. I have no time to hee-haw around.
