If only one item has multiple sentences, there's something wrong with the overall parallelism of the list.

Either they're all sentences or all fragments --make the decision.

Subject: punctuating the end of bullet points

Hi Technical Writers,

My question concerns the option when no punctuation is used. What
should one do if the content of the bullet point has more than one
sentence? .
