Dear Techwhirlers,

When my office mate tries to import a HTML file into her X5 project, there's a quick flash as though RoboHelp is rapidly bringing up the Import File window and then chasing it away before she has a chance to select the file she wants to import.

She uses the Windows extended monitor feature, which is known to "lose" popup windows. She turned that feature off, but it still did not work.

She tried cascading all windows on the desktop so that she could see all open windows. That did not work.

She reinstalled the software. That did not work.

She look in the RoboHelp Knowledgebase and found a similar report in the forums, but with no replies.

Have any of you experienced this problem and resolved it?

Thanks!

Carol
