Re: How to Convince Development Dept to Provide External and Internal Design Specs?

I'm informed that some enterprising individuals in the postal department
have invested in some sporadic research in the area of reversing the chain
of command . So far, not much success has been reported.

(If I quickly jump back into bed and pull the covers over my head will it
still be Friday?)
