I have set up the Zoom Search Engine, and when I had a problem I contacted them. My problem had to do with the search results only displaying one line item, but saying it had found at least a dozen entries. Their support was awesome and I had an answer to my problem in less than a day. They even went through my code to help make the search more efficient.
