The phone? When I see a recruitment firm on caller id I never answer. I feel put on the spot. The phone is a luxury as my 88 year old grandma would say, not a necessity. It doesn't give you time to think or plan. And rarely do recruiters, in my experience, ask if this is a good time, they just jump right in to their agenda and diatribe.
