While I agree that person glory alone will not put food on the table, a roof over your head or a jaguar in the driveway....unless you let those who sign your checks know how good you're really doing, you may find your personal glory standing in the unemployment line. Doing a great job is only part of the picture, personal marketing is another part.

I have to go now and put up more life-size posters letting everyone know what a great TW and a great guy I am.....and I'm humble too.....
