That's why my first step was that Lori should consult her manager to
find out what her responsiblities were regarding these docs. It may
be that submitting her inputs was all she needed to do and she should
now wash her hands of the whole thing and get her next assignment.

Lori had the mandate/orders to write documentation for the web site. I
