Melissa Nelson asked:
Does anyone know of a good online course or book on Government Proposal
writing? I am going to have to start writing proposals and do not really have any experience in them.
-----------------------------
I haven't taken it, but American River College (in Sacramento) has an online course in proposal writing (ENGWR 350). It's a half-semester course:
http://www.losrios.edu/arc/spring/English-Writing-ENGWR.htm

The last time I looked, they were using _Writing Proposals_, ISBN 0205326897:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0205326897/qid=1137507795/sr=8-4/ref=pd_bbs_4/103-5426232-1971004?n=507846&s=books&v=glance

Hope that helps.
