Yes, that's possible, especially if you were referring to non-technical
"figures of speech" rather than technical terms, i.e., "jargon."

Maybe we're getting our wires a bit crossed... I took global to mean
"many different geographic locations" and not "all walks of life". I
would assume my audience for C# SDKs would not include car salespeople
and Home Depot clerks. If I assume wrong, and these people are in fact
being sold the C# SDKs, perhaps I then need to talk to Sales and
Marketing about their tactics. ;-)
