Re: Project 11: developing a new ISO standard for managers of user documentation.
I know nothing about this project other than what appears on their Web site, but I suspect that if it works, having an ISO standard attached to our profession will provide a measure of credibility among engineers and other worshippers of standards that certification from a professional society would take much longer to achieve.
