Just as a precaution, in this situation if the client does not have a formal
approval/signoff process, it would be a good idea to create review
signoff sheets, so that SME review/confirmation of your work is in writing.
In a legal action arising from errors/omissions, "typo" is a tempting defense.

The lawyer just called, and I used Geoff's suggestion. I questioned the
clause and found out that it WAS boilerplate, just as Geoff guessed. The
lawyer admitted that the subject matter experts are the ones at risk,
and I am just a humble assembler and producer of their facts. Boy, I'm
glad I don't have to spring for the insurance!
