The lawyer just called, and I used Geoff's suggestion. I questioned the
clause and found out that it WAS boilerplate, just as Geoff guessed. The
lawyer admitted that the subject matter experts are the ones at risk,
and I am just a humble assembler and producer of their facts. Boy, I'm
glad I don't have to spring for the insurance!
So now I have the job. Be careful what you wish for . . .
