I have the following tips:

* Make the style guide (and the information in it) easily accessible to all. Put the style guide on a fixed spot in your network (or intranet), so that you can easily refer to it.

* Publish the style guide in a format which is easy to update and in which users can quickly find the relevant information. I find WebHelp or HTMLHelp (like The Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications) a very convenient one.

* Surely, the usage of fonts, company logo and colors has to be described as well, but focus on content and structural issues.

Good luck and best regards
