Has anyone used tools to create online help documentation that enabled
BBS-style user feedback? Macromedia has something like this for the Flash
product and I think it represents a great resource for users looking for
tips not covered by the standard online help topics.

Another example of this can be found here:
http://www.php.net/manual/en/index.php

Specifically, I am looking for a tool that would make this easy to
implement and perhaps integrates well with WebWorks Publisher or RoboHelp.
