Well, it all comes down to what you're measuring. Are you measuring
effectiveness of training? If so, the WBT is not a data point for that
metric. If you're measuring the use of the WBT, then you have metrics
in the form of number of people using it, number of incomplete
terminations of the training, number of sessions to complete the
course, score, etc.
