I type from the 40th floor of my building, looking out the window to the
Sears tower.... all from a city that was built mainly on swampland.
Much of it 100 years ago.
The instructions on how to rebuild the towns, as they were or as
something new, may not be a completed manual yet, but don't doubt that a
chunk of the source material has been developed already. :)
