Re: How does one "sign-off" on a 200 page document?

I'm with Bill on this, you could also send an email to the fellow who
was responsible asking the same thing.
Here we grab a screen capture of the sign-off emails, and store them
with an archived copy of the document, just so it's clear (if we're
audited).
