TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I'm looking for step-by-step instructions (down to setting and options
selections) that I can give to my IT team on how to install and configure
the RoboHelp X5, RoboSource Control, and Visual SourceSafe combination. They
want to know what needs to be on the server vs. locally in exact detail.
I've search and posted on Macromedia's and Microsoft's web sites and forums
with no luck.
If you have them or know where to find them, can you please send me a copy
or a link.
Thanks in advance.
