Thanks for the tips all. You just supported what I found in my research...
I'm going to have to do it the hard way.

I'll be writing often because I don't remember how to do ANYTHING!

I'm struggling to relearn Frame right now. Luckily, my lack of keeping up
on technology will not affect me in this job. It's a huge corporation that
is just now lumbering into the technology that my high tech firm was at 5
years ago. I'm going to impress them with my ability to use HATs and
HTML!!!
