Actually, Dick, it's your email address that's bouncing. :)
I get so much spam from comcast addresses that I've
blacklisted the entire domain except for individual addys
that I exclude from the blacklist.  Yours is now set to pass
the filter for future emails.

Unfortunately, as I just said in a previous post, I just don't
see how any amount of certifying alphabet soup on a
writer's resume is going to be of any help when most 
companies who hire tech writers regularly hire engineers,
accountants and other professionals who don't hold
"certifications" in their fields.  It might look impressive
to some, like the big band of ribbons on military uniforms 
that impress some people even though they have no idea
what any of them are for, or it might just cause some hiring
interviewer to wonder who the hell the folks who string these
after their names think they are, the same way the "PhD" can
often be a negative when applying for a hands-on engineering
position.  YMMV.
