There's no easy way to insert a section break before a style. And that's a good thing, too. There's so much information to specify for a section break!

But you may not need a new section. If you just want your header or footer content to change when you hit a new H1, read up on fields and the StyleRef field in particular.

You can put a field in your header or footer that shows the content of the latest H1. There are lots of options, too.
