Hi David,

Does the HP print Postscript? If not, and if you're trying to print EPS
files, when they're printed on a non-Postscript printer, it'll print the
embedded TIF preview image at 72 dpi. However, if the images started out
as Mac files, they may not have preview images which would show up as grey
boxes.
