You could also use

QUOTE

If you are satisfied with your  changes

Then  
click OK, to save your  changes,

Else
Click CANCEL to discard  your changes

UNQUOTE

If you were to draw a flow diagram, you would  have two 'diamonds'.

What about the case where you are making changes,  and DID NOT want to exit, 
because you had more to do?  (In case the  computer follows its own mind, and 
locks up.)

Additional conditions (Food  for thought):

Is this a case where DFD's might be appropriate?   
What about logic flow charts?  
What about a 'truth' table?
Are  there any other conditions?
What is the next step in the process/procedure?
