If this happens, it is easy enough to institute a scheduling
methodology where you determine when you can receive, the turnaround,
and the expected results. You have an established and documented
process for taking their time, right?
They'd probably appreciate this because in the back of their minds,
they're going to think they are interrupting you with these requests
and it sets the groundrules that they can follow.
