That works. Another thing you could do is ask your employer what you could use for a portfolio and then have them put their initials on it. For example, you could have a title page, TOC, and some sanitized content. If there are initials on the bottom of the pages, that sends two messages: you have written at this place and you are an ethical person. This is what I did when I worked in the airplane business and everything was confidential.
