I'm sorry, I actually laughed out loud when I read this. My current position is anti-innovative, we practice nega-innovation.

That said, I've been toying with the idea of getting together with the clinical specialists, the people who both contribute to the development plans for features and train new users of the systems to put together small demos that would focus on the implementation of the new features. Right now we have Help that lists the features. It doesn't really say *why* you would use a particular feature nor does it say what impact changing the settings for that feature would have on other features. So, I was thinking of a little non-project to write up demo scenarios that were targeted to particular audiences (OB/GI/CARDIOLOGY) and new features. But, all the clinical specialists are incredibly busy, apparently, and have not gotten back to me.

Perhaps they know that I mean work?
