Hi Scott,
Is your "one third to one half" estimate based on your own attempts to learn
Word, or on an objective study?
Your reference to autonumbering has already been answered in this thread by
the use of standard fields (no need for Visual Basic!). Your unscalable or
invisible graphics might be the result of improper anchoring or linking.
Hyperlinking is an easy, standard feature, with the already noted exception
of hyperlinked indices -- for those, you'll need a plug-in.
Happy Friday,
-- Dan Goldstein
