Anyone know of a forum for Documentum out there?
We are in the process of incorporating Documentum into our workflow. When a
document goes out for review we've had the practice of including the internal
rev number of the file in the file name.
The question I'd like to throw at a Documentum forum is this: is there some easy
method for Word to "read" the current version number from Documentum and
populate a field with that value?
We're just trying to get "full value" from this tool. If there isn't a
bottom-to-middle shelf answer, we'll just continue with our existing practice,
inelegant as it is.
