Wow! Some of you people really are jaded. I admit I'm asking for a utopian
ideal. But the fact of the matter is that I have an opportunity here. I
can ASK FOR almost anything I want. Do I KNOW I won't get it? Of course I
do. I'm old (um, experienced) enough to know that reality will kick in
eventually. And experienced enough to see past the cynicism that runs
rampent here sometimes. So, though I know you're having fun with
unrealistic "processes", what do you say we come up with a wish list? So, I
return to my original question. If you were creating a Documentation
Department Process/Procedure Guide, what would you want in it? Oh, and I'm
NOT asking you to do my job for me. I know what I'm including. I just want
to hear ideas that might include things I hadn't thought of. (or should that
be things of which I have not thought?)
