Unfortunately, NONE of the standards organisations websites are
particularly helpful to determine which standards might be appropriate to
a particular field and NONE of them let you learn anything about a
particular standard until you pay some serious cash.
It seems to me that the original inquiry WAS quite detailed and could be
helped a little more than being told to go and look for themselves.
Specifically, the original request was for ISO standards wrt:
> systems, technical documentation, and configuration management/change
control.
I think the only required clarification would be what kinds of systems and
what industry.
