Another important point to be made about Graphic Converter -- it's a
fully function bitmap graphics EDITOR as well -- which you can use to
create new graphic as well as edit existing ones. I didn't realize this
for a long time because of its name -- which I think Apple should
change.

an excellent app that is considered nearly indispensable by anyone on
the Mac who regularly diddles with graphics.

If this is a one-off, your colleague can send me the file and I'll have
a go at it. the rotating text is an odd thing ... no guarantees there.
