Wow, that's pretty funny. It's actually the first good laugh I've had since Monday. My goodness why are there four reviews?! It's like you're giving them the opportunity to make more changes because you continue to give them another review cycle and let them control the process. YOU, anonymous poster, are the one that needs to create the rules that your reviewers follow, not the other way around.

My advice is get some gonads and create a style guide, and a structured time line of how the documents are going to be reviewed, edited and distributed. You should also contact Lindsey Amott about possibly using some of her great content on her web page to illuminate your boss. I really feel like you're handing your power over to your boss. Just my opinion.
