Years ago my fiancee did what Gordon suggests, to the letter: overpriced,
and worked on the premise that she was doing them a favor. The arrangement
worked well for all parties concerned.
Speaking of consulting, I'm actually doing a consulting gig in the same
building complex as the company that just laid me off. Small world, eh?
