A good friend of mine went the self-publish route but underestimated the
demand and went crazy with requests that strung out over several years. He
tried XLibris (http://www2.xlibris.com/) and is quite happy with this
publish-on-demand service. The buyer of a book has a lot of options for
quality of the product.
