I'm reading a bunch of different materials (no one set book.. some
books, some web, some white papers, etc.), ranging from project
management, to C# development, to the inner workings of VS.NET, to
documenting SDKs and APIs. I'm also reading several books about
personnel management and business. And, of course, I'm tying all of it
back to the most fundamental of work-related books, all authored by
Scott Adams. ;-)

It's easy to read so far, makes sense, and I think I'll find it applicable. Some project management skills should come in handy for my work.
