John P. " I'm looking for a term to replace **second** since in reality,
second means anyone after the original one."

If you want to stay away from the second/subservient type of term, maybe
auxiliary system admin or equivalent system admin would fit the bill.
Maybe even surrogate would work. Personally, I would go with
alternate, maybe even proxy.
