I highly recommend the KeyText program that someone mentioned here a few weeks
ago.

It's a very handy little program, indeed, especially for technical writers. It
allows you to create macros for any program - and also macros that move back
and forth between more than one program.

This macro when used in RoboHelp, takes me to the en-dash position in the
dialogue box ...
