The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I am doing some writing on content management and manufacturing companies.
My premise is that more B2B Ecommerce is happening impersonally, so a
manufacturer's or distributor's web site has to be rich with product
information.
I would love to speak with people who have some persective on this. Please
post here or email me at btrippe -at- nmpub -dot- com if you would like to discuss
this.
Ironically, with all the discussion of marketing lately, this might be
something you might want to pass onto your colleagues in marketing as well.
;)
Thanks,
Bill
