So....lemme see if I got this right......
It doesn't matter how much experience you have.
It doesn't matter how good a writer you are.
It doesn't matter that you may have written the documentation for the
tools that you are using.
It doesn't matter that you could explain the repair and replacement of
an
Illudium Q-36 Space Modulator to a five year-old.

The correct use of tools is more important than skills involved in
actually investigating a subject and writing about it.
