Closest I've heard about:  Interviewee calls hiring
manager a day before scheduled interview and tells
interviewing manager that he (interviewee) has decided
that it is too far a drive to the interviewing company
and asks if the location could be changed to a
restaurant near his (the interviewee's) home.
