Bad idea. Do not ask this question. It can be taken as discriminatory
in a big way, especially if the interviewee included Mensa only
because their headhunter told them to put it in. You never, ever, want
to make your assumptions about the candidate known to the candidate.
(It'd be silly to say "don't assume", because whether you try to avoid
it or not, you're gonna do it.)
