To be honest, I'm not concerned about whether I can socialize with
those 20 years or more younger than me at work...I wouldn't socialize
with them out of work. I do my job. I do it well. Age has nothing to
do with it and has never stopped me from interacting with anyone of
any age.
If I want conversation, I converse with those at work who are
conversing on a subject that interests me. I'm not trying to identify
with those who want to talk about the four clubs they attended over
the weekend or about the seven chat rooms in which they participate.
