Well, the head of QA where I work hates Bugzilla. It's interface fails in any number of ways, makes doing many tasks more difficult than they need to be, and seem to be a good example of why programmers aren't designers. (Of course, most of our programmers here love it, but then many of them are Linux/open source types.)
