It's simpler to start another list. Without knowing what the expenses are,
no one can say anything about the total. Without knowing the traffic and
disk requirements, we can only speculate about hosting requirements.

One thing we know, it is simpler and cheaper to start a list today.

The larger investment is admin labor, and that is in short supply.
